OUR INGREDIENTS
Cocoa
Single-origin chocolate from selected South American cocoa plantations in regions dedicated to a high-quality crop.
Coffee
Fine coffees, such as the Mysore variety from India and the Santos from Brazil, deliver a full-bodied flavor and a chocolatey aftertaste.
Hazelnuts
Crunchy hazelnuts from the Piedmont region. Good fragrance and delicate flavor.
Raisins
Corinth raisins, also known as Zante currants, feature tiny seedless, even-looking fruits that are full of flavor. The grapes are dried naturally out in the sun with no added preservatives.
Marano maize flour
Rustic yellow flour from the maize variety grown in Marano, Italy. A local product that our region is very proud of.
Lemons
Juicy lemons from Sorrento, Amalfi and Syracuse, as authentic as the land that produces them.
Apricots
The sweet and fragrant apricots of the Po Valley carry the warmth of the July sun that they ripened under. We combine their luscious pulp with other ingredients for a wonderful sauce.
Pears
The deliciously sweet and juicy pulp of Williams pears deliver an intense fragrance and exceptional taste.
Licorice
With its unique and intense flavor, licorice from Sybaris is grown and processed in Calabria, a region once populated by Greek settlers. Its balanced balsamic notes of mint and anise make it an exceptional product.
Tart cherry and cinnamon
Dark cherries with a tart aftertaste are paired with cinnamon, because their fragrances seduce the heart and intoxicate the senses.
Chamomile
Delicately scented Roman chamomile flowers are rich in essential oils, giving our palate light hints of naturalness and well-being.
