The collaboration between Loison and ITA Airways brings a new concept of onboard hospitality: a 6–7 g butter biscuit made with selected ingredients and packaged to meet Atlas drawer standards. A small sweet moment designed to pair with coffee or tea, combining operational efficiency with Italy’s signature attention to detail.
ITA Airways chose to personalise its onboard biscuit with a dedicated pack developed with Loison, fully aligned with the airline’s visual identity. The result is a refined single-serve butter biscuit, sealed in a protective polypropylene barrier film and packed in 90-piece bags designed for efficient Atlas-drawer storage.
Passengers were so delighted by the gesture that many shared it on social media, turning a simple treat into a moment of positive brand experience.
